The VIP lounge is located on the first floor in the left wing of the airport terminal and is intended to serve VIP passengers traveling on domestic and international flights. An individual vehicle approach option is available for 2000 rub/hour.
The VIP lounge has a separate entrance with access for private vehicles and a dedicated parking area (opposite the VIP lounge exit).
Departure Procedure
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before departure due to flight check-in closing 40 minutes prior.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and drops off baggage, then settles in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service fee.
Passengers on international flights undergo passport and customs control within the VIP lounge.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. Passengers from the VIP lounge are delivered to the aircraft steps by a dedicated minibus or a business-class car.
Arrival Procedure
The passenger is met at the aircraft. An agent will be waiting by the aircraft steps in a minibus holding a "VIP" sign. The passenger should approach the agent, state their surname, and hand over their baggage claim tags. The agent transports passengers by minibus or business-class car to the VIP lounge. The passenger's baggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
Individuals meeting the passenger may stay in the VIP lounge after passing through security control for an additional fee.
Cancellation and Pricing
In case of service cancellation more than 2 hours before departure/arrival, the full cost is refunded. If cancelled less than 2 hours in advance, a 100% penalty applies.
Children under 2 years of age are served free of charge. Children aged 2 to 12 years are charged 50% of the adult passenger fare.
