The VIP lounge is located on the ground floor of the airport building and has a separate exit to the platform for the delivery of passengers to the aircraft, as well as the possibility of personal transport access directly to the terminal.
Departure VIP service procedure
The passenger should arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before the departure due to the check-in deadline of 40 minutes.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in the luggage, then settles in the VIP lounge. The bar service is not included in the service price.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before the departure. VIP lounge passengers are taken to the plane's ramp by a separate minibus.
Arrival VIP service procedure
The passenger is met at the side of the plane. The agent will be waiting with a" VIP " sign at the plane ramp. The passenger should give his/her name and hand over the luggage tags. The agent delivers passengers to the VIP lounge by minibus. The luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
If the order is canceled more than 2 hours before departure / arrival, the cost of the service is refunded, less than 2 hours - the penalty of 100% is applied. Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the adult passenger price.
