Departure procedure
To enter the VIP lounge, please go to the check-in desk, state your flight number and your surname. We recommend arriving at the VIP lounge at least 2 hours before the flight. All VIP passengers will be able to check-in and baggage check-in at the VIP lounge. Passport and customs inspections will also take place in the VIP lounge.
Arrival procedure
Upon exiting the aircraft, passengers are met by a VIP lounge agent with a VIP sign. Passengers should approach the VIP lounge agent, give their name and flight.
After meeting all VIP passengers arriving on the same flight, the agent accompanies them to the VIP lounge for passport and customs control (in case of long distance parking a separate transport to the terminal is provided). Passengers receive their luggage in the VIP lounge.
Children from 2 - 12 years old are served at 50% of the adult price.
