The VIP lounge is located on the 1st floor of the main terminal and has a separate entrance from the station square in the right wing of the terminal building.
Departure procedure
Passengers should arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before departure due to the end of check-in 40 minutes before the flight.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in and drops off his/her baggage, and then sits in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the price.
Boarding starts 20-30 minutes before departure. Passengers of the VIP lounge are taken to the airplane ramp by a separate minibus.
Arrival procedure
The passenger is met at the board of the airplane. An agent will be waiting with a "VIP" sign at the airplane ramp on the minibus. The passenger should approach the agent, give his/her name, hand over the luggage tags. The agent takes passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. Passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
Maximum stay time is 2 hours.
Room for one adult (more than 2 hours) - 600 rubles for each additional hour is paid additionally on the spot.
Provision of the hall for one child (over 2 hours) - 400 rubles for each additional hour is paid additionally on the spot.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the adult fare.
