The VIP lounge is located on the second floor in the left wing of the airport terminal.
Departure procedure
Passenger should arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure, due to the end of check-in 40 minutes before departure.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger should check-in for the flight and drop off the luggage. After check-in the passenger is offered to be seated in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service price and are paid by the passenger himself/herself.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. Passengers of the VIP lounge are taken to the airplane ramp by a separate minibus.
Arrival procedure
The VIP lounge agent meets passengers at the airplane ramp on a minibus. The passenger shall approach the dispatcher and give his/her last name and hand over the luggage tags if available. The dispatcher takes passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. Passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
For international flights it is only individual delivery of passengers to the international sector which is carried out for a fee.
Parking costs 3500 rubles.
Meeting / Seeing off costs 4000 rubles.
Submission / Cancellation of the application is possible not less than 24 hours before the event.
Staying time is not more than 4 hours.
