The VIP Lounge is located in the left wing of the main airport building on the 1st-3rd floors.
VIP service departure procedure
The passenger has to arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours in advance.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge the passenger checks in for the flight, checks in his/her luggage, and then stays in the VIP lounge. The bar service is not included in the service price.
VIP lounge passengers are taken to the aircraft by a separate minibus.
VIP service arrival procedure
The passenger is met near the aircraft. The agent will be waiting with a "VIP" sign at the plane ramp. The passenger should give his/her name and hand over the luggage tags to the agent. The agent delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. The luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
A booking request should be submitted 24 hours before the the flight.
Cancellation less than 3 hours before the departure/arrival is a 100% fine.
Cancellation after landing or taking off is a 100% fine.
No show is a 100% fine.
Making booking changes less than 24 hours before the departure/arrival is considered as the cancellation of the old booking request and submitting a new one.
Changing the booking request is supposed changing the date; airport, flight number of departure/arrival; route, full name of passengers, adding other passengers.
Children under 2 years old go free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the adult passenger price.
