The VIP lounge is located in the right wing of the terminal on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance with the possibility of private vehicle access.
Departure Procedure:
Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure.
The passenger proceeds independently to the VIP lounge and approaches the check-in counter. After the entrance check, the staff proceeds with flight registration and baggage check-in.
The passenger then waits for boarding in a comfortable, private area. Once boarding is announced, staff escort the passenger to the gate and provide separate transport to the aircraft.
Accompanying persons are allowed into the VIP lounge no earlier than 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
Business-class passengers on flights operated by certain airlines receive complimentary service. Details can be confirmed at the time of booking.
Arrival Procedure:
An agent meets the passenger at the aircraft steps with a "VIP-1" sign or a personalized name sign. The passenger must identify themselves and provide baggage claim tags if they have checked luggage. After all VIP passengers arriving on the same flight are gathered, the agent escorts them to the VIP lounge entrance using separate transport.
While waiting for baggage, the passenger may relax in the comfortable VIP lounge (optional). Staff retrieve the luggage using the passenger’s baggage claim tickets and deliver it to the VIP lounge or the parking area.
Greeting parties are allowed into the VIP lounge no earlier than 2 hours before the expected aircraft arrival time.
Children aged 2–12 receive a 50% discount on the adult service fee.
