The VIP lounge is located in the Business Center of Terminal 2.
Departure VIP service procedure
The passenger has to arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before the departure, due to the check-in deadline of 40 minutes.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in the luggage, then settles in the VIP lounge. The bar service is not included in the service price.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before the departure. VIP lounge passengers are taken to the plane's ramp by a separate minibus.
Arrival VIP service procedure
The passenger is met at the plane’s side. The agent will be waiting with a sign " VIP " at the plane ramp on the minibus. The passenger should give his / her name and hand over the luggage tags to the Agent. The agent delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. The luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
Cancellation of the application less than 25 hours before the departure / arrival of is a 100% fine.
Cancellation of the application after landing or taking off is a 100% fine.
Non-show up is a 100% fine.
Making changes in the order less than 24 hours before the departure/arrival of the flight is considered as the cancellation of the old application and the placement of a new, urgent one.
Changing the order means: changing the date; airport, flight number of departure/arrival; route, full name of passengers, adding other passengers.
Additional payment for urgency in the VIP lounge of Terminal 2 is 2,000 rubles per request.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the adult passenger price.
