The VIP lounge is located in the International Terminal of the airport in the left wing of the terminal on the 2nd floor. The entrance is through the VIP section, 1st floor of the general area of the terminal.
Departure procedure:
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before departure due to the end of check-in for the flight in 40 minutes.
Check-in at the Parking lot 3300 rubles.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in their luggage, then settles in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service price.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. VIP lounge passengers are transported to the aircraft ramp by a separate minibus (business class passengers are provided with a separate free transfer from the airline, economy class passengers are transported by public transport for free). The cost of the transfer service from the VIP lounge is 2,100 rubles.. The cost of accommodation in the VIP lounge before the start of registration is 4000 rubles/hour.
Arrival procedure:
The passenger's meeting takes place on board the aircraft. The agent will be waiting with a "VIP" sign at the aircraft ramp in a minibus. The passenger must approach the agent, give his last name, and hand over the baggage tags. The agent delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. The passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge. Baggage collection - 450 rubles.
If the request is cancelled more than 3 hours before departure/arrival, the cost of the service will be refunded in full, and a 100% fine will be applied in less than 3 hours. Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the fare of an adult passenger.
