The VIP lounge at Strigino Airport is located in the right wing of the terminal and has a separate entrance.
Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before departure due to flight check-in closing 40 minutes prior.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks their luggage, then relaxes in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service fee.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. VIP lounge passengers are transported to the aircraft steps via a dedicated minibus.
The passenger is met at the aircraft. An agent will be waiting at the aircraft steps with a "VIP" sign on the minibus. The passenger should approach the agent, provide their last name, and hand over their baggage tags. The agent then transports the passenger to the VIP lounge via minibus. The passenger's luggage is delivered to the VIP lounge entrance.
Accompanying/Greeting Person in the Lounge: Additional fee of 2,200 RUB/hour.
Conference Room Rental (12 seats): Additional fee of 5,000 RUB/hour.
Cancellation more than 2 hours before departure/arrival: Full refund.
Cancellation less than 2 hours before departure/arrival: 100% penalty fee.
Children under 2 years old: Free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 12: 50% of the adult fare.
