The VIP Lounge is located in a separate terminal on the left side of the passenger terminal. You must follow the signs to the VIP Lounge at the entrance to the airport. The passenger can use the VIP parking at the entrance to the VIP lounge. The first 10 minutes of parking are free of charge, the subsequent time is paid at payment terminals when leaving the airport terminal. In order to access the VIP parking, you must specify the number and make of the car when booking.
The rest room is paid additionally - 5000 rubles. in three hours.
Departure VIP service procedure
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before departure.
A voucher with an electronic QR code will be presented at the entrance. The one-time voucher is not refundable or exchangeable.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in his luggage, then settles down in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service price. The VIP lounge has its own security control point, passport, customs and migration control points. After the announcement of the start of boarding, the employees will deliver the passenger to the aircraft ladder in a separate vehicle.
Arrival VIP service procedure
The meeting of the passenger takes place at the side of the aircraft. The agent will be waiting with the "VIP" sign at the gangway of the aircraft in a minibus. The passenger must approach the agent, give his last name, hand over the baggage tags. The VIP lounge has its own passport and customs control points, so the passenger passes all flight procedures on an individual and expedited basis. The passenger spends the time before baggage claim in a comfortable waiting room. The employees receive luggage on their own according to the passenger's luggage receipts and deliver it to the VIP lounge or to the parking place.
Children under 6 years old are served free of charge, from 6 to 12 years old - at the rate of an adult passenger.
ATTENTION: Check-in for the following airlines are not available in the VIP lounge: Aegean Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Condor Airlines, Lot Polish Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines, Qatar Airways.
