It is located on the first floor of the terminal.
VIP lounge, individual services: assistance with check-in and baggage, information about departure time, delivery of passengers to the aircraft ramp, waiting for the flight in high comfort.
Arrival procedure
The passenger's meeting takes place on board the aircraft. The agent will be waiting with a sign at the aircraft ramp. The passenger must approach the Agent, give his last name, and hand over the baggage tags. The agent delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. The passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
The stay time in the VIP lounge is 3 hours.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 100% of the fare of an adult passenger.
The application is submitted 24 hours before the flight departure/arrival.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure / arrival of the flight, a 100% penalty.
If the application is cancelled after the landing or take–off of the aircraft, a 100% penalty is imposed.
Failure to attend the service is a 100% penalty.
Making changes to the application less than 24 hours before departure / arrival of the flight is considered as cancellation of the old application and placement of a new one.
Changing an order means: changing the date; airport, departure/arrival flight number; route, passengers' full name, adding other passengers.
