Comfort lounge is located on the ground floor of Concourse №1 and has a separate entrance from the outside.
VIP departure service
The passenger has to arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before the departure due to the check-in deadline of 40 minutes.
Upon arrival at the lounge the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in his/her luggage, then stays in the lounge. The bar service is not included in the service price.
Boarding starts 20-30 minutes before the departure. VIP lounge passengers are taken to the plane's ramp by a separate minibus.
VIP arrival service
The passenger is met at the side of the plane. The agent will be waiting with a "VIP" sign at the plane ramp. The passenger should give his/her name and hand over the luggage tags. The agent delivers passengers to the VIP lounge by minibus. The luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
For providing passenger service during night hours (from 22:00 up to 08:00) you should pick the additional service of "Night tariff" - 2400 rubles per passenger.
Children under 2 years old go free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the adult passenger price.
