VIP lounge is located on the first floor of the separate building next to the left wing of the terminal and has a separate entrance.
Departure VIP service
It is recommended to arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hour prior departure.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge the passenger checks in and drops off his/her luggage.
After arrival at the VIP lounge, check-in for the flight and luggage drop-off the passenger will be accommodated there. Food and drinks are offered at an additional cost in the bar. The VIP lounge has its own security, passport, customs, and migration control points. The passenger will be invited for boarding and transported to the aircraft separately.
Arrival VIP service
The passenger is met by the agent holding ‘VIP’ sign right at plane side after landing. The passenger should come up, give his/her last name and hand over his/her baggage tags if available. Afterwards he/she will be transported to the VIP lounge separately. The VIP lounge has its own passport and customs control points, hence the passenger will go through all the procedures fast and smoothly on an individual basis. The passenger is comfortably accommodated in the VIP lounge till luggage claim. Lounge staff will pick up the luggage and deliver it to the VIP lounge or parking place.
Children under 2 years old are free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the adult fare
