The VIP lounge of Sochi Airport is located in a separate terminal, to the left of the main terminal building. Passengers have the opportunity to drive by private car to a separate entrance to the VIP hall and use the individual 1st parking -10min free of charge.
VIP service procedure on departure.
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before the departure, due to the check-in deadline 40 minutes in advance .
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in the luggage, then settles in the VIP lounge. The bar service is not included in the service price.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before the departure. VIP lounge passengers are taken to the plane's ramp by a separate minibus.
VIP service procedure on arrival.
The passenger is met at the plane's side (please note that the VIP lounge in Sochi does not serve passengers arriving on international flights).
The agent will be waiting with a sign " VIP " at the ramp of the plane on the minibus. The passenger should give the name, and hand over the luggage tags to the agent. The agent delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. The passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.
If the application is canceled more than 2 hours before departure / arrival, the cost of the service is refunded in full , less than 2 hours - a penalty of 100%. Children under 2 years old are free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old-50% of the cost of an adult passenger.
