The VIP room is located in a separate building, located behind the administrative building to the right of the access road. Access to the VIP room is bypassing the administrative building.
Departure procedure:
You must arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before flight departure. The passenger independently enters the VIP lounge and goes to the check-in desk. After the pre-flight inspection procedure, the VIP lounge agent checks in for the flight and processes baggage. Next, the passenger waits for boarding to begin in a comfortable VIP lounge.
After the announcement that boarding has begun, staff will escort the passenger to the boarding gate. The passenger will be transported to the ramp by separate transport.
Maximum stay time 3 hours.
Arrival procedure:
An employee of the VIP lounge meets the passenger with a “VIP” sign (if a name plate has not been ordered) at the ramp and is escorted to the terminal on a separate transport. The passenger must approach the VIP lounge agent independently and hand over the baggage tags if they have checked baggage.
The passenger spends the time before baggage claim in a comfortable VIP lounge. Employees receive luggage themselves using the passenger's baggage receipts and deliver them to the VIP lounge.
Children under 2 years old are free. Children from 2 to 12 years old are served at the cost of an adult.
