The VIP lounge is located on the 1st floor of a separate seven-story building. There is its own entrance with a sign "VIP". The terminal is located before the entrance to the station square, on the right side of the main building of the airport terminal.
Departure procedure
The passenger must arrive at the airport not later than 1 hour before departure due to the end of registration for the flight 40 minutes prior to departure.
Upon arrival to the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight, luggage delivery, and then sits in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the price of service.
Service at the VIP-lounge begins 2 hours before flight departure and ends no later than 1 hour after scheduled flight departure (in case of flight delay).
Procedure of arrival
Meeting of the passenger takes place at the board of the plane. The agent will wait by the minibus with a sign "VIP" at the boarding ramp. The passenger should approach the agent, tell his/her surname and hand over the luggage tags. The agent delivers passengers in the minibus to the VIP lounge. The passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
Passengers and greeters may leave the car at a separate parking place (for the time the passenger is in the lounge). In order to pass to the VIP-parking it is necessary to specify the number and brand of the car when ordering.
Children under 2 years old are free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old-100% of the fare of an adult passenger.
