The CIP/VIP lounge is located on the first floor of the departure terminal.
The VIP/CIP Passenger Lounge offers the following services:
- Passage of passengers through the customs control area in a separate corridor;
- Inspection by aviation security service; other types of control in accordance with the law;
- Meeting passengers and baggage delivery on arrival of the aircraft;
- Refreshments in accordance with the menu of the bar in the CIP Lounge;
- Check-in for the flight at check-in counters in the CIP Lounge;
- Baggage check-in;
- Escorting and boarding passengers.
Departure procedure
At the check-in desk of CIP lounge at Tashkent International Airport the passenger luggage is handed over and receives boarding pass and voucher for CIP services. After passing border and customs procedures and examination the passengers go to a separate waiting room, after which they are invited to a separate exit for boarding and will be taken to the plane by a separate bus.
Arrival procedure
The passenger is met at the boarding area. An agent will be waiting with a nameplate at the aircraft ramp. The passenger must come up to the agent, give his/her name and hand over luggage tags. The agent delivers passengers in a separate vehicle to the CIP lounge. Passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance of the CIP lounge.
Children up to 2 years old go free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the adult fare.
