The VIP lounge is located in the new Terminal A and has a separate entrance and parking.
Departure procedure
The passenger shall arrive at the airport not later than 1,5 hrs prior since the check-in is over 40 minutes before the flight departure.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge the passenger checks in for the flight and his luggage and then gets accommodated in the lounge.
The boarding starts 20-30 minutes before the departure. The VIP lounge passengers are transferred to the aircraft by a separate vehicle.
Arrival procedure
The passenger is met near the aircraft. The agent will be holding a VIP sign. The passenger shall come up to the agent, give his name and hand over his luggage tags if available. The agent transfers the passengers to the VIP lounge by a separate vehicle. The passenger's baggage is transferred to the VIP lounge entrance.
Children under 2 y.o. are served free of charge, from 2 y.o. - at the adult rate.
