The VIP lounge is located on the 2nd floor in the common area of the departure lounge (left wing of the airport).
It is necessary to arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before the flight departure. The passenger independently enters the VIP lounge of the airport complex. You must introduce yourself at the check-in desk (give your last name and flight number). The VIP lounge agent helps you check in for your flight and check your luggage. Next, the passenger waits for the start of boarding in a separate comfortable room.
The maximum stay is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
After the announcement of the start of boarding the plane (if the plane is parked in a parking lot equipped with a telescopic ladder), the staff escorts the passenger to a separate security screening area and then to the boarding gate.
