VIP service is provided in Terminal B. There is a separate entrance from the station square.
VIP departure procedure at Gorno-Altaisk airport.
Passenger should arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure, due to the end of check-in 40 minutes before departure. Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger must check-in for the flight and drop off luggage. After check-in the passenger is offered to be seated in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service price and are paid by the passenger himself/herself. Boarding starts 20-30 minutes before departure. VIP lounge passengers are taken to the aircraft ramp by a separate minibus. Maximum duration of stay is 3 hours.
VIP arrival procedure at Gorno-Altaisk airport.
Dispatcher of the VIP lounge meets passengers at the aircraft ramp by minibus. The passenger should approach the dispatcher and give his/her surname. If the passenger has checked luggage - the passenger should give the luggage tags to the dispatcher. The dispatcher takes passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. Then the passenger is accommodated in any convenient place of the VIP hall. Bar services are not included in the service price and are paid by the passenger himself/herself. Passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.
