The VIP lounge is located on the 1st floor in the left wing of the main terminal. There is a separate entrance from the station square and the opportunity to drive up to a separate entrance to the VIP hall (15 minutes of parking are free, then pay at the established rates on the spot).
Serves international and domestic flights.
Departure procedure
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure due to the end of check-in for the flight 40 minutes.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in his luggage, then settles down in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the cost of service.
Service in the VIP lounge begins 3 hours before flight departure and ends no later than 1 hour after scheduled flight departure (in case of flight delay). Extension of the established maximum stay for the same period is carried out for a fee at the same rates. Only a one-time extension of the stay is allowed.
Arrival procedure
The passenger is met at the aircraft. The agent will be waiting with a "VIP" sign at the plane's steps in a minibus. The passenger must approach the agent, state his name, and hand over his luggage tags. The agent delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. The passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 50% of the adult passenger fare.
