About lounge

Kazan, Terminal 2 VIP lounge (Domestic)

The VIP Lounge is located in (Terminal-2) a separate building between the Polet Hotel and Terminal 1, which has two halls: the VIP Lounge and the Superior Lounge.

The VIP lounge does not serve Pobeda flights.

VIP service procedure on departure.

The passenger has to arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before the departure, due to the check-in deadline of 40 minutes.

Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in the luggage, then settles in the VIP lounge. The bar service is not included in the service price.

Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before the departure. VIP lounge passengers are taken to the plane's ramp by a separate minibus.

VIP service procedure on arrival.

The passenger is met at the plane’s side. The agent will be waiting with a sign " VIP " at the plane ramp on the minibus. The passenger should approach give his/her name to the Agent and hand over the luggage tags . The Agent delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. The luggage is delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.

In case of arrival by international flight, passenger will need to pass the border and passport control procedure. Then the passenger is escorted to the VIP lounge area, where he is waiting for the luggage.

Making changes in the application less than 24 hours before the service is considered as the cancellation of the previous application and the placement of a new one. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service or absence is a 100% fine.

Application submitted less than three hours before the event is considered urgent.

Children under 2 years old go free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old-50% of an adult passenger price.
