The VIP lounge is located in the right wing of the terminal and has a separate entrance from the airport square.
Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before departure. The driver may pull up to the separate VIP lounge entrance (15 minutes of free parking, after which standard rates apply). The passenger proceeds independently to the VIP lounge and approaches the check-in counter. The VIP lounge staff registers the passenger for the flight and processes their luggage. The passenger then waits for boarding in a comfortable area.
Once boarding is announced, the passenger is escorted through pre-flight security to the VIP lounge exit and transported to the aircraft via a dedicated vehicle.
A VIP lounge agent meets the passenger at the aircraft using a dedicated vehicle. The passenger should approach the agent, introduce themselves, and provide baggage claim tags if they have checked luggage. The passenger is then taken to the terminal.
The passenger waits for their luggage in a comfortable area. VIP lounge staff retrieve the luggage using baggage claim tickets and deliver it to the VIP lounge.
Passengers flying business class with Izhavia Airlines receive complimentary service.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 12 receive a 50% discount on the adult fare.
