The superior comfort hall is located in an isolated room on the ground floor of the airport complex building, has an isolated entrance (exit) from the forecourt and the apron.
The list of services provided in the superior room:
registration of air tickets, baggage and hand luggage directly at the POK;
pre-flight inspection of passengers and hand luggage;
information support on the terms of service and flight;
delivery to/from the aircraft by separate transport;
meeting passengers at the aircraft ramp.
Departure procedure.
The passenger must arrive at the airport no later than 1 hour before departure, due to the end of check-in 40 minutes before departure.
Upon arrival at the VIP lounge, the passenger must check in for the flight and check in their luggage. After check-in, the passenger is invited to stay in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service cost and are paid for by the passenger himself.
Boarding begins 20-30 minutes before departure. VIP lounge passengers are transported to the aircraft ramp in a separate minibus.
Arrival procedure.
The VIP lounge dispatcher greets passengers at the plane ramp in a minibus. The passenger must approach the dispatcher and give his last name. If the passenger has checked baggage, the passenger must hand over the baggage tags to the dispatcher. The dispatcher delivers passengers by minibus to the VIP lounge. Next, the passenger is placed in any convenient place in the VIP lounge. Bar services are not included in the service cost and are paid for by the passenger himself. The passenger's luggage is delivered to the entrance to the VIP lounge.
