The VIP lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the airport's common area. The entrance with the sign "Hall of increased comfort" is located opposite the elevator.
Departure procedure:
An employee and a porter meet the passenger at the parking lot or at the entrance to the terminal and escort them to the VIP lounge on the 2nd floor of the airport complex. Our representative will check the passengers in for the flight and check in the luggage. In the case of landing at a distant parking lot, passengers will be delivered to the aircraft on a separate vehicle. It is recommended to arrive at the VIP Lounge at least 2 hours before the flight.
Arrival procedure:
VIP Lounge staff will meet passengers with a VIP sign at the exit from the gangway / telestairs and conduct pleasant control procedures for passing. Passport control of passengers is accompanied by representatives of the hall. After passing the security control passengers pass the passport to enter the VIP-lounge. Employees independently receive luggage and deliver it to the VIP lounge. For seeing off / meeting cars, free VIP parking is provided (upon prior request).
