The VIP Lounge is located on the 3rd floor of Terminal A.
Departure procedure:
Staff of the VIP lounge will personally meet the passengers and escort them to the VIP Lounge. The representative will check in the passengers for the flight and check in the luggage. To pass the necessary pre-flight formalities (customs, passport control and inspection procedures), passengers will be personally invited and escorted to the 2nd floor of the airport terminal. The representative of the VIP Lounge will meet passengers immediately after they have passed the necessary procedures in the general order and will take them to the boarding gate on the electric car. In case of a distant parking of the aircraft, passengers will be taken to the plane on a separate transport. It is recommended to arrive at the VIP lounge at least 2 hours before the flight.
Arrival procedure:
VIP Lounge staff will meet passengers with a VIP sign at the exit from the ramp/ teletrap escort them through the necessary control procedures. While passport control passengers will be accompanied by a representative of the lounge. After passing through passport control procedures, passengers will be able to settle down in the VIP Lounge. VIP Lounge staff will independently collect the luggage and accompany passengers through customs control. The luggage will be delivered to the passengers ' vehicle. Free VIP parking is provided for meeting cars (up to 1.5 hours by advance request). Parking is not available for domestic flights. We suggest you to check the scheme of access to the VIP parking: the VIP Lounge parking is located in the arrival area of Terminal A (1st floor), at the end of the building. Please note that in order to organize timely service, you need to contact Vip lounge representative 15 minutes before the planned arrival time at Vnukovo airport via telephone numbers 8 (495) 255-21-21 or 8 (495) 436-83-55 and confirm the organization of an individual meeting. Please calculate your arrival time at the airport in advance, take into account possibility of road difficulties associated with traffic jams.
Making changes in less than 4 hours - a fine of 5000 rubles.
If the application is canceled less than 4 hours in advance – 100% fine is taken.
