VIP lounge, serving federal (domestic) flights both on departure and arrival, is located on the first floor in the left wing of Sheremetyevo airport terminal B, has a separate entrance with the possibility of individual access by vehicles (2 hours - 2500 rubles, every subsequent hours- 2000 rubles, first 10 minutes free).
Description of departure: At the entrance to the VIP lounge at the reception desk the passenger gives his / her name and flight number. You must arrive in advance, no later than 1.5 hours before the departure. In the VIP lounge the passenger checks in for the flight and checks in the luggage. Guest will be notified of the start of the boarding via speakerphone, after which passenger will be escorted to the plane through a separate boarding gate. At the entrance to the VIP-lounge, the passenger must introduce himself and give the flight number. Those seeing off can go to the VIP-hall with a passenger.
Description of arrival: At the exit from the plane, the passenger is met by an agent of the VIP-lounge with a "VIP" sign. The passenger needs to go to the agent and identify himself. Further, all VIP passengers will be escorted to the VIP lounge, where they can collect their luggage. The baggage is delivered to passengers by the staff of the VIP-lounge. The readiness of baggage is announced by speakerphone. Transit passengers who are foreign citizens cannot cross the border of the Russian Federation without the relevant documents (visa, diplomatic passport, other permits), respectively, cannot book VIP lounges upon arrival. In this regard, it is possible to book only Business Lounges that are located in the transit zone. In the case of booking VIP lounges upon arrival, without permission to enter the Russian Federation, it is not possible to provide a full service and funds, without timely cancellation, are not refundable.
