VIP lounge serves federal and international flights both for departure and arrival.
1st floor of the common area opposite entrance group No. 3.
Departure procedure: VIP passengers will be able to check in for the flight and check in their luggage in the VIP lounge. After that passengers will be escorted by the agent to the common room for passport control and pre-flight inspection at the dedicated desk. After what passengers will be escorted to the boarding gate via a teletrap or delivered by separate transport to the aircraft (if the aircraft is parked far away). We recommend you to arrive at the VIP lounges at least 1.5 hours before your flight.
Arrival procedure: VIP-passengers will be met near the exit of the jet bridge with and hold for passport and customs control in the common room at the dedicated desk for VIP passengers (or will be provided with a private transport to the terminal, in case of far parking of the aircraft). If the application is canceled more than 3 hours before departure / arrival, the cost of the service is refunded , less than 3 hours before arrival - a penalty of 100%.
Children under 6 years old are served freeof charge , from 6 to 12 years old-50% of the cost of an adult passenger, from 12 years old at the full cost.
