Fast Track
The Fast Track service at Pulkovo is available for domestic flight passengers.
Departure Procedure
Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before departure.
10-15 minutes before arrival, passengers should call the service agent at +7 812 324-34-46 or +7 812 324-36-44 to notify them of their arrival.
A uniformed agent holding a name sign or a "VIP" sign will meet passengers at the ramp, assist with luggage, and escort them to the departure hall for expedited check-in and baggage drop-off.
Arrival Procedure
A uniformed agent with a "VIP" sign or a personalized name sign will meet passengers at the aircraft and transport them to the terminal by car.
For international arrivals, the agent will assist with fast-track passport and customs control, then deliver the luggage from the baggage carousel to the parking area.
Additional Fees
Extra baggage (more than 2 pieces): ₽500 per additional bag.
Late booking (less than 24 hours before departure/arrival): ₽5,000 per passenger
Children: Under 2 years old: Free of charge./ Over 2 years old: 50% of the adult rate.
