Departure procedure
Meeting at the parking/at the terminal (upon request).
Individual escort - fast track for check in and preflight inspection accompanied by the airport personnel and without queueing . Business lounge visit (maximum stay is 4 hrs), transfer to the aircraft by a comfortable and individual vehicle.
Arrival procedure
Meeting at the exit of the ramp/teletrap.
Escorted transportation by a separate vehicle. Escorted passport and customs control without queueing. Assistance with luggage claim in a general hall. Business lounge visit is for a maximum of 2 hrs.
Children from 2 to 12 y.o. are served with a 50% discount of the adult tariff.
