Mineralnye Vody, Terminal Business lounge "Mashuk" (International)
The International Business Lounge is located after the border control and passenger screening area on the left side. The closest gates are 4, 5.
The departing passenger should check-in for the flight, pass through security screening and then proceed to the Business Lounge. At the entrance the passenger presents the boarding pass to the agent. Now it's time to relax in the Business Lounge until the boarding starts.
When the flight is available for boarding the passenger leaves the lounge and proceeds to the boarding gate.
Children under 2 years old are admitted free. Children from 2 to 12 years old are charged at the adult rate.
According to the “Russian border crossing procedure for individuals, vehicles, cargoes, goods and animals passing through the Mineralnye Vody air checkpoints” approved by the Minutes of the meeting of the Coordination Council 67/6/2022 dated 2nd December 2022, when registering flights for departure one should avoid mixing passengers departing to the third countries with passengers departing to the EAEU countries at the international terminal.
In order to avoid mixing passenger flows departing to the EAEU countries, passengers must leave the Mashuk Business Lounge and go to Gate 5 zone. Further service until the flight departure shall be provided on a general basis.
In this regard we recommend checking access to the Business lounge upon arrival.
