Departure procedure
Arrival time at the airport is no later than 1.5 hours before the departure. Passengers are kindly asked to call the service agent at +7 812 324-34-46 or +7 812 324-36-44 10-15 minutes before the arrival at the airport and inform him about arrival.
A uniformed agent with a passenger name plate or a " VIP " sign greets passengers on the ramp, helps with their luggage and escorts guests to the departure lounge for fast check-in and luggage drop-off procedure. Then guests are escorted to the border control, which passengers also pass in an accelerated mode. The price includes a visit to the Business Lounge.
Arrival procedure
An agent in the uniform with a "VIP" sign or a name plate meets passengers at the aircraft’s side and delivers them to the terminal by car. In case of an international arrival, he helps passengers to pass all formalities in an accelerated mode and then delivers the luggage from the luggage claim line to the parking. The price includes a visit to the Business Lounge.
If the application is canceled more than 3 hours before departure / arrival, the cost of the service is refunded , less than 3 hours - a penalty of 100%.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge, from 2 to 12 years old - 100% of an adult passenger price.
