St Petersburg, Pulkovo, Terminal Personal Meet and Assist + business lounge (Domestic)
The Fast Track service at Pulkovo is available for passengers on domestic flights.
Passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 hours before departure.
10-15 minutes before arrival, passengers should call the service agent at +7 812 324-34-46 or +7 812 324-36-44 to notify of their arrival.
A uniformed agent holding a sign with the passenger’s name or a "VIP" sign will meet guests at the ramp, assist with luggage, and escort them to the departure hall for expedited check-in and baggage drop-off.
Access to the business lounge is included in the service cost.
The business lounge is not provided upon arrival!
A uniformed agent with a "VIP" sign or a personalized name sign will meet passengers at the aircraft and transport them to the terminal by car.
For international arrivals, the agent will assist with fast-track passport and customs control, then deliver luggage from the baggage carousel to the parking lot.
Extra baggage (more than 2 pieces) is charged at 500 RUB per additional item.
Late booking (less than 24 hours before departure/arrival) incurs an additional fee of 3,000 RUB per passenger.
Children under 2 years old are served free of charge; children over 2 years old pay 50% of the adult fare.
