Groznyj, Terminal Luxury lounge (Domestic)
The Luxury Lounge is located on the ground floor of the airport common area, in the right wing, and has a separate entrace from the outside and a car passage.
Passangers having a business class tickets of UTair and Aeroflot companies may use the luxury lounge for free. S7 Airlines company does not provide this type of service free of charge.
Departure procedure
A passenger shall arrive at the lounge not later than an hour before the departure and come up to the reception desk. The VIP agent assists him with flight and luggage check in. Then the passenger gets accommodated in the comfortable lounge. When boarding starts, the passenger is accompanied by the VIP agent to the exit from the VIP lounge and transfered to the plane by a separate vehicle.
Arrival procedure
Upon arrival the passenger shall come up to the VIP agent who will be waiting near a separate vehicle, give his name and hand over the luggage tags if available. Then agent takes passengers to the VIP lounge where they will be waiting for their luggage in comfortable conditions. The luggage is claimed by the VIP agents on their own and delivered to the entrance of the VIP lounge.
Children under 2 y.o. are served for free, from 2 y.o. and up to 12 y.o. - 50% discount of the adult tariff
