When you order this service upon arrival, airport staff will meet you at the plane in a comfortable Mercedes Sprinter car or exit the jet bridge, and will help and accompany you through all the formalities in the terminal.
This service does not include an access to the business lounge or luggage assistance.
Children under 2 y.o. are served for free, from 2 to 12 y.o. - 50% of the adult rate.
The service is available for booking no less than 24 hours prior to the flight arrival / departure.
