The business hall is located on the 2nd floor of the sterile zone of the Central building. Only for passengers on domestic flights.
At the entrance to the business lounge, the passenger presents the boarding pass and the application number. Further, the passenger is accommodated in a comfortable waiting room, where all conditions are created for pre-flight rest with the opportunity to use full-fledged office equipment and a selection of hot dishes and cold snacks, as well as soft drinks in the assortment that are included in this service.
Passengers can use the following services:
separate check‐in desk, baggage and hand luggage check-in area for business class passengers;
separate pre‐flight inspection of passengers and luggage in the business class passenger check-in area;
provision of information and reference services;
stay in the comfortable conditions of the business lounge until boarding the aircraft: the recreation area is equipped with comfortable armchairs and sofas, the hall is equipped with air conditioning;
during their stay in the business lounge, passengers are offered light snacks, soft drinks, tea, coffee, pastries, fruits (buffet) for free;
using a wardrobe with the possibility of placing hand luggage;
watching TV;
wireless internet connection;
printed publications;
the ability to charge a mobile phone;
use of a private bathroom;
delivery of passengers on board the aircraft by a separate bus
Children from 2 to 12 years old are served at a cost of 50% of the adult's cost.
