Chita, Terminal Business lounge Comfort (Domestic)
The Business Lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the domestic terminal (Terminal B).
Departure Procedure:
Passengers independently check in for their flight and go through pre-flight security screening. Upon entering the Business Lounge, they must introduce themselves to the staff and present their boarding pass. The passenger is then accommodated in a comfortable waiting area. The maximum stay in the lounge is 2 hours.
When boarding begins, the passenger proceeds to the general departure area and independently heads to the designated gate.
Arrival Procedure:
Passengers are transported to the terminal on a shared vehicle and independently proceed through the baggage claim area before heading up to the Business Lounge on the second floor (if they have checked luggage). If passengers are traveling without luggage, they are taken directly to the Business Lounge entrance (general exit via the first floor).
Children’s Policy:
Children under 2 years old: free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 12: 50% of the adult fee.
