Departure procedure:

• Meeting a passenger with a boarding pass if available at the information desk in the airport building;
• Personal escort during all the pre-flight control stages:

            - when passing through the  transport security (in the departure sector)

            - when passing through the customs and border control (if the flight is international)

• Accompanying to the gate (to the business lounge on request)
• Information support during the passenger’s escort (waiting for boarding together with the passenger is not supposed).

Arrival procedure:

The airport employee is meeting a passenger with a name board at the jet bridge or at the entrance to the arrival zone when getting off the bus (depending on the aircraft parking). Then the passenger is accompanied to the passport and customs control in the common hall in the common queue and after that to the luggage claim zone. The luggage assistance is included into the service cost.  

Assistance with baggage retrieval is included in the price. Loader assistance is paid additionally for 1 piece of luggage - 450 rubles.

• Escort when passing the border control (if the flight is international)
• Escort to the luggage claim zone
• Escort when passing through the customs control if the flight is international)
• Escort to the exit from the airport complex (or another place in the passenger terminal building at the passenger’s request)
• Information support durting the passenger’s excort.

Children under 2 y.o. are served free of charge.
